Requests for H-2A positions are processed through the GDOL Agricultural Services unit. Complete the Employer Request for Contact Form for assistance.

Use a previously-submitted request as a template to create a new request
The confirmation number and the submitter email address of the original request is required.

It is Georgia Department of Labor policy not to accept job orders under the following circumstances:
  • If there is any indication an employer placing a job order is not a legitimate business
  • If an employer has no immediate, bona fide job openings and is seeking to increase applicant files for future use
