Printing Adobe Acrobat PDF documents

Printing documents with Adobe Acrobat Reader may require modification of some options. If your printer generates documents with format problems, select Print Setup from the Acrobat File Menu and then click on the Properties button.
  • First choose the Graphics Tab and then click the radio button for "Use raster graphics" in the Graphics Mode dialog box.
  • Next, choose the Fonts Tab and then click the radio button for "Print TrueType as graphics."
  • Click the OK button to close the Properties Menu and click the OK button to close the Print Setup Menu.
This will resolve the format printing problems for most laser printers.

Many PDF documents may be very large and include graphics and tables which use a lot of printer memory and, therefore, may not print on some models with small internal memories.
