Job Title: Motor Grader Operator Job Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Motor Grader Operator’s primary function is to operate all sizes of Motor Graders from a 120M up to a 14M assisting with all aspect of the grading operation. All Motor Grader Operators are expected to run other equipment such as backhoes and loaders as needed. Motor Grader Operators are also expected to assist in the general operation of each job site. The position consists of but is not limited to the following duties: • Checking and maintaining grade stakes; • Set up and maintenance of all traffic control items. • Operating rollers, articulating dump trucks, tamps, and pans, and any other equipment employee is able to operate; • Driving pick-ups, flatbed, water trucks, and sand trucks; • Maintenance of all equipment and tools. The above listed duties require periods of standing, walking, stooping and bending. Employee must be able to climb equipment’s ladder to reach the operators seat. Position requires periodic lifting of up to 50 pounds.
