Job Title: Bulldozer Operator Job Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Bulldozer Operator’s primary function is to operate all sizes of Bulldozer from a D3 up to a D8 assisting with all aspect of the grading operation. All equipment operators’ are expected to run other equipment such as backhoes and loaders as needed. Equipment operators are also expected to assist in the general operation of each job site. The position consists of but is not limited to the following duties: • Flagging traffic; • Set up and maintenance of erosion control; • Loading and unloading of materials; • Shoveling dirt, gravel, and asphalt; • General clean up around job site; • Checking and maintaining grade stakes; • Set up and maintenance of all traffic control items. • Operating rollers, articulating dump trucks, tamps, and pans, and any other equipment employee is able to operate; • Driving pick-ups, flatbeds, water trucks, and sand trucks; • Maintenance of all equipment and tools. The above listed duties require periods of standing, walking, stooping and bending. Employee must be able to climb equipment’s ladder to reach the operators seat. Position requires periodic lifting up to 50 pounds. The job duties described herein are not exhaustive and may be supplemented. This position is in Gwinnett County.
