Job Title: Information Technology Manager (IT Manager) Job Location: Carrollton, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Seeking exceptional candidate to immediately fill position of IT Manager for start-up of new processor of premium protein products. Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, installing, and supporting a company's computer systems and servers. Designs and installs LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems, and network segments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems. * Install and maintain network hardware and software. * Analyze and isolate issues. * Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users. * Evaluate and modify system's performance. * Identify user needs. * Determine network and system requirements. * Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security. * Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations. * Design and deploy networks. * Perform network address assignment. * Assign routing protocols and routing table configuration. * Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services. * Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers. * Maintain network servers such as file servers, Production servers, Exchange servers, ,VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems. * Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches. * Manage AD and Production server user accounts and permissions. * Install and maintain Cisco and Ubiquiti WiFi systems and connectivity. * Manage assigned projects as directed by the IT Manager. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years experience as an IT professional ideally supporting manufacturing processes. Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience with a Start-Up. * Minimum Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred * Proven experience in Network Administration role. * Hands on experience in network routing and switching. * Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s and remote implementation, troubleshooting and problem resolution. * Familiar with AD, DHCP,DNS configuration and trouble shooting. * Familiar with Windows 7 Pro and Microsoft Office 2010/13/16, Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard, Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard and Exchange 2010. * Basic Cisco routing and switch configuration experience desired. * SonicWALL firewall experience desired. * Support company WAN located in multiple locations. * Some travel required.
