Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Location: White, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: The Maintenance Technician will: * Safely troubleshoot, repair and maintain automated automotive manufacturing cells operating with ABB robotics. * Work independently and as part of a team to improve operator/workstation workflow.* Maintain spare parts inventories and complete purchase requisitions when necessary.* Employee will be expected to work within CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track spare parts inventory, open and close work orders, PM completions and work schedules. .* Provide and support a safe working environment by following Employer's EHS objectives and maintaining housekeeping.* Maintain the material handling system and assembly system.* Performing preventative maintenance requirements on all production equipment.* Operation and programming (when necessary) of general maintenance machinery (lathes, band saws, mills, etc.).* Supporting production, engineering, and quality engineering department as needed.* Train and mentor Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Production Operators.Candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and general equipment used at the Constellium facility. Examples include:* Robotic MIG Welding, Production CNC Equipment, Pneumatic Torque Guns, Automatic Transfer Lines, Automatic Drilling Stations, Bending Press and Dies, Automatic Saw Cutting and Tumbling, PLC's (Siemens/Allen Bradley)/Electrical Controls, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Fixtures, Miscellaneous Plant Equipment.Job Requirements for Candidate (not all inclusive):* 2 years Industrial Maintenance Tech work experience to include work with ABB Robotics.* Have High School Diploma/GED.* Have good written and oral communication skills.* Willing to work on many tasks to ensure an uninterrupted manufacturing process.* Working 12-hour shifts required.Experience in troubleshooting, programming, and repairing, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding applications and CNC machines is a plus.NOTE: An assessment will be administered to assist in determining a candidate's current knowledge base in the areas of Electrical (AC/DC, PLC Logic, electrical circuit troubleshooting), Mechanical (ratios, general maintenance, basic hand tools, bearings and oils) and Hydraulic (components, pumps, troubleshooting, circuits, prints).
