Job Title: Junior Accountant Job Location: Acworth, Georgia Salary: $45000.00 - $55000.00 Salary Frequency: Yearly Description: The employee shall be responsible for preparing and analyzing general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end financial reports with an understanding of multi-currency cash flow processes. The employee will work closely with headquarters in Germany to allocate all payments received and ensure all processes are compliant with legal, regulatory, and company financial reporting standards. Additional responsibilities include: • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual cash flow statements and budgets. • Proactively maintain and improve accounting processes, accuracy and efficiency. • Monthly accounts payable and closing activities, including journal entry preparation and review. • Interest calculation, currency revaluation and translation of all entities. • Provide analysis and support for auditors and tax advisors as needed. • Comply with internal controls to protect the assets of the company. • Review of general ledger accounts to verify that transactions have been recorded properly. • Preparation of all management and risk management reporting and schedules as requested. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 2+ years of manufacturing accounting experience or work with an audit company. Experience with SAP a plus. • A strict focus on compliance and maintaining confidentiality. • Demonstrated success with managing several projects and priorities simultaneously. • Willingness and ability to travel 10% - 15% of the time both domestically and internationally. #LI-RC Requirements: Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum Experience: 24 Months Special Requirements: This job does not have any special requirements.
