Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Job Location: Carrollton, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: This position will maintain the production flow for day-to-day operations by designing and maintaining a Preventative Maintenance program. Perform facility upkeep and manage day-to-day operation malfunctions.Job Process:* Develop and maintain work order tracking system.* Develop and manage plant wide PM program.* Prepare and manage budget.* Meet with Production on a daily basis to assess problem areas.* Track downtime and develop corrective action plans to address issues.* Complete maintenance tasks without production interruption.* Develop new and more efficient methods.Requirements:* Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules and budgets.* Attention to detail.* Manage Maintenance employees.* Will work and manage outside contractors..* Will work with all Production and be part of the operation's team.* 5-10 years of Manufacturing Plant Maintenance management experience PM program development experienceDesired Qualifications: Associates degree or higher preferredDrug screen and background check administered.
