Description:
Seeking candidate with previous Industrial Robotics experience (i.e. Fanuc, Kuka, etc.). Independent set-up, start-up and maintenance of robotics to instructions guaranteeing a smooth production run and introducing necessary improvements. Technical go-to-person to the Team Leader of Injection Molding in all processing related questions. Job responsibilities include programming of 6-axis robots as well as linear robots and all components according to instructions. Integration of the peripheral equipment. Design of process workflows and assisting the optimization of existing production processes. Keep damages to the robots and the machine to a minimum by structured and careful approach when retrofitting. Make sure robots are working correctly to ensure a reliable and smooth production run. Coordinate activities so the production process runs smoothly. Reporting of technical issues to the supervisor of the injection molding area or maintenance manager. Participation in the start-up of new production plants and equipment and their optimization. Recommendations for measures of optimization for the production process to the supervisor (production sequence, workplace design, changes of parameter etc.). Training and instructing of associates. Record or check the documentation according to the specifications. Ensure information flow to the following shift. With the start-up a new plant, will generally act as a technical specialist in injection molding on a temporary basis. Ensures the free flow of information between departments to facilitate cooperation and good teamwork. Comply with all company and governmental regulations concerning accident prevention, security guidelines, and environment protection. Technical go-to-person for associates in the production. Participation in the continuous improvement of the plant. Participation in implementing new production technology. Realization of the current quality guidelines of the company. Supporting the implementation of the defined 5s standards. Will complete individual orders that may arise as a result of operational necessity per supervisor instructions. Employer strongly prefers that applicants have Injection Molding experience.

Requirements:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 36 Months
