Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the day-to-day customer service responsibilities while promoting exceptional service. He or she is expected to be hands-on, technical, and a valuable contributor to the successful management of our internal processes, products, policies and services. The mission of this position will be to improve customer satisfaction, company revenue and profitability. This role is critical to the success of the Company in meeting and exceeding customer and consumer satisfaction.Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:* Contribute to a cohesive, high-performing team with a strong business focus that takes a proactive, professional approach to dealing with customers.* Manages customer sales orders from order to delivery; ensure sales orders are accurately entered while proactively managing customer expectations for special order items with extended lead times.* Provides liaison support between the customer, sales team and warehouse regarding order processing and changes to the orders.* Performs inventory assessment and proactively communicates with customer and Procurement team on inventory related impacts.* Support sales staff with reports, trade show follow up and lead generation.* Investigating and resolving all shipping issues including short-shipments, damages, mis-shipments, returned good or related product quality feedback.* Handle customer complaints/ quality issues/ returns and assists the credit department in resolution of customer deductions and/ or payment issues.* Effectively manages multiple tasks with competing priorities while meeting established deadlines.* Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.* Special projects and/ or assignments as required.Qualifications:* Extensive and exceptional customer service practices.* Energetic self-starter with a proven ability to excel in a fast paced, high volume and changing environment.* Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills and proven ability to maintain high customer service.* High attention to detail with precision and accuracy.* Strong prioritization and time management skills.* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.* Requires candidate to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy.* Track record of developing and implementing change which positively impacts company performance.* Quickly embraces, learns and applies new technology and/ or procedures.* Outstanding follow-through, time management and planning skills to deliver results.* Availability to work mandatory overtime, as required. OT requires pre-approval from Customer Service Manager.Drug screen and background check administered by Employer.

Requirements:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 36 Months
