Description:
Seeking individuals with a strong attention to detail and leadership skills to apply for our Reset Merchandiser/Fixture Installer Crew Lead positions. These positions are responsible for showcasing products at our client’s retail locations by building and maintaining attractive displays. Primary responsibilities include: * Supervising, managing and working with teams traveling to multiple retailer locations throughout the US. primarily in the southeastern states. * Responsible for compliance with all safety program requirements. * Reset Activity, Shelf Conditions and Schematics Completion. * Implement customer approved schematics/Plan-O-Grams/MODs with all items tagged and approved by store management. * Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating and placing products on shelf. * Installs (set and build). * Resets (read and understand plan-o-grams). * Signage placements. * Administration/Reporting: Will complete (web-based) accurate and timely reporting, recaps, time sheets, expense reports, etc. Qualifications: * Must have a demonstrated ability to interact with clients and team members in an efficient, professional manner. * Applicants with previous retail experience will be given preference. Experience desired includes – home improvement stores, big box retail, pharmacy, plan o grams, national roll outs, remodel, gondola, new stores and experience with national racking standard. * Strong self-management skills and eye for detail. * Ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision. * Ability to communicate effectively both internally to management and externally with Customers. * Must demonstrate good judgment and show respect for others. * Must have the ability to move, maneuver, and install material up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that involve moving, and positioning self to search for items and remain in a stationary position for periods of time. * Must be able to travel to any US work location but primarily in the southeastern US (travel expenses paid by the company) * Must be able to work evenings and weekends and be out of town for extended periods of time occasionally if the work requires. * Must have reliable transportation and tools. * Substance abuse testing is a condition of employment.
