Description:
Provide product marketing support in all aspects relating to the range of Compact Excavators. Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:* Product: Technical Support & Divisional Liaison. * Current & Future Product Development.* Competitive comparison: Spec sheet & field-testing. * New Product evaluation: Spec sheet & field-testing. * Attachment: Sale & application support. * New Product Launch. * Pricing. * Competitive Comparison. * Sales program development. * Attachment & kits. * JDS/SAP pricing configuration maintenance. * Product Training/ Demo & Sales Support.* Material development: JCB & Competitive. * Web, CD, Hard copy manuals, Video .* Company & Dealer Training. * Yearly training event, regional training. * Sales Support & product demonstration. * Application & key account selling. * Bid Spec support. * Market Strategy and Communications. * Market plan development. * New & Existing Product & Market positioning.* Marketing Communications. * Briefing Docs (Advertising/DM/Campaigns/Press/PR). * Press/PR, Website Development, Advertising & DM. * Sales Support & Demo. * Systems. * JDS/SAP sales configuration system development & maintenance.Preferred Qualifications :* Master's degree in business or related field. * Four years of industry related experience. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies:* Demonstrated success in achieving targets. * Demonstrated success in business development. * Proven success in analyzing and forecasting trends. * Strong relationship management skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; written, verbal and listening. * Ability to effectively manage and maintain peer and business relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust. * Ability to motivate others and drive for results. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes or SAP. Job Conditions: * Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment. * Subject to noise and temperature changes.
