Job Title: Business Unit Manager Job Location: Toccoa, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Salary Position for single shift in 4 shift 24/7 operation. Shifts are 12 hours for 3.5 days per week. Position will start as a day shift 8 am - 8 pm or night shift 8 pm to 8 am.Job Tasks: * The BU Manager will be responsible for all operations on the plant floor for that 40-hour shift. * Responsible for making all final decisions for shift.* Must be able to follow standard company procedures* Possess great organizational skills,* Encourage and motivate employees* Provided coach and counseling for employees* Must have a complete understanding of production operations* Responsible to make sure that all procedures are followed within the facility converting raw material to the end products along with packing and quality control. Job Requirements: This position requires office skills along with manufacturing skills. The ideal candidate must be able to operate in an office or on the production floor equally well. This candidate must be a go-getter that can function in an office to generate reports, approve time schedules, head up meetings, go to training sessions, and relay that training to other associates.
