Job Title: Production Machine Operator Job Location: Conley, Georgia Salary: $11.50 - $11.50 Salary Frequency: Hourly Description: A refrigerated, food processing facility that specializes in using fresh produce and meats to create ready to eat items such as; salsa, guacamole, fruit salad, vegetable mixes, various salads, assorted deli sandwiches and much more! Duties and Responsibilities: * To operate the form, fill and seal equipment in an effective mode, by cleaning and performing preventative maintenance on the production equipment. * Program and operate the equipment to make products to the customer specifications * Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment * Clean Machine and work area * Comply with GMP requirements * Calibrate metal detectors based on product specifications * Responsible for daily reporting of product run times, hourly seal checks, downtime and necessary repairs. Skills and Competencies: * Must be available to work Weekdays and Weekends. * Must be available to work overtime * Must be able to constantly work in cold temperatures of 34-35 degree on production floor * Must be able to position up to 100 pounds with assistance * Troubleshooting ability * Form, fill and seal equipment experience a plus This position will start out as day shift but could vary after start-up.
