Job Title: Inventory Control-Raw Material Tech Job Location: Carrollton, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: General Areas of Responsibilities: Oversee daily tracking and accounting of KPI’s. Tracking of all raw, finished goods, and packaging inventories through purchasing, receipts, and accounts payable. Tracking of all physical inventory movement via Protrace. Recording cost of goods sold. Support and back up of Scheduler as needed. Inventory – Daily or weekly duties include the following: Weekly reconciliation of cold storages with their counts compared to Accounting Managers. Keep up to date on shortages/overages on raw purchases Compilation of reconciliation into a single workbook for insurance purposes Check all storage bills for accuracy and validity Code all storage bills Enter all new customers/ create customer codes into ProTrace/QB Enter all new ship to address’s into ProTrace/QB Enter all new vendors into ProTrace/QB Research missing cases- either to bill to storages or find where the case(s) actually is (are) Weekly creation of the “Push List” for frozen product Backup Accounting Manager and Scheduler when out of office.
