Job Title: Manufacturing Associate I, II, and III Job Location: Social Circle, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: This is an operational manufacturing shift associate position where it is expected that the incumbent executes all manufacturing department processes in production while strictly adhering to cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and any other related regulation which could apply. Process understanding of primary work areas (e.g. Buffer preparation, fractionation, purification, fill, finish). Troubleshoot and identify atypical processing conditions and how to respond to them. Provide a moderate level of troubleshooting, diagnostic, and assist with repair of critical equipment including but not limited to; Roller Thaw, Teardown Machine, Filter Presses, Centrifuges, Precipitate Vessels and CIP/COP systems. May also include simple preventive maintenance tasks. Train others and explain process to others. Work with other departments to ensure adherence to production. Experience in a regulated production environment desirable. Scientific or technical degree preferred. Depending on qualification level, skills, education, etc., in addition to the minimum requirements, I, II, or III will be determined by the employer. Job requirements * Applicants must have at least a High school diploma or equivalent. * Applicants must have at least 3 years experience. * Applicants must be at least 18. * Applicant must possess some experience working with Delta V, PLC based process control systems, and Human Machine Interface (HMI) configuration. * Applicant must possess some experience working with instrumentation and mechanical equipment such as controllers, indicators, control valves, PLC, analyzers, sensors, pumps etc. * Applicant must possess experience working with scientific principles. * Applicant must possess a high school diploma or GED. * Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Manufacturing Associate.
