POSITION SUMMARY:The Energy Systems (ES) Service Training instructor will play a key role in the development of Employer's growth plan for this division. The incumbent will be responsible for the design, development, and presentation of technical training programs on Employer's energy systems products. The training focus will be for distributors, dealers, OEM's, and Company personnel. They will work cooperatively with Company's ES division staff, International, and other Regional Headquarters to develop and deliver the training programs. JOB FUNCTIONS:*Develop and present technical training programs on Company products for distributors, dealers, OEM's, and Company personnel including product overviews, diagnostics and procedures.*Develop support materials and manuals for distribution at training classes.*Work cooperatively with the Company division, Jnternational, and other Regional Headquarters to develop training and support material products.*Support distributor trainers and distributor training programs.*Travel to distributors and dealers to provide onsite technical training for service personnel.*Assist with developing and managing the training budget for this area.*Train the Customer Support Group for improved dealer and customer technical support.*Communicate quality issues on Company products to the responsible Department/manufacturing plant or supplier.*Assist with the production and distribution of training bulletins.JOB REQUIREMENTS*Associates degree in related field and/or equivalent practical experience of 5+ years in energy products, and diesel applications for industrial products. *Experience in training design, development, and evaluation.*Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and familiar with CAD software.*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.*Maintain valid driver's license and passport.*The candidate may be asked to work odd hours (not 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) and potentially some weekend activities.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:*Must be able to travel as needed domestically and internationally, up to 20%.*Ability to work 8+ hours per day in a plant/office setting. Must be able to navigate all areas of the building and facility as needed and may occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds in an office, customer or similar setting. Must be aware of surroundings. *Appropriately interact with others in stressful and busy situations.*Regular and reliable attendance is required.*This position is full time and based in Acworth, GA.

Minimum Education: Associates degree/some college
