Description:
Responsible for providing technical support to sales staff and end users for calibration verification/linearity products, daily QC products, and proprietary data reduction applications. This position reports to the Office Manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide technical support to customers and distributor representatives in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner. * Train and develop junior technical support department staff. * Provide continuing support to existing customers via telephone calls, fax, and emails regarding customer concerns. * Provide technical support for online data reduction application. * Provide support for customers by participating in investigations and resolutions of product complaints or issues. * Act as a liaison between customers and sales and marketing. * Adhere to work procedures, SOP's and processes that support Company and departmental standards, procedures and strategic directives. * Follow all Company SOP's and have a working knowledge of the Company's Quality System. * Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns. * Other duties as assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of a college level course in statistics. Hands-on experience with clinical chemistry and immunoassay platforms. Familiarity with analysis of daily QC calibration verification/linearity data. Excellent computer skills.

Minimum Education: Associates degree/some college
Minimum Experience: 36 Months
