DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform duties related to residential and commercial work specializing in bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, drywall, framing, and demolition. • Position requires candidate to have reliable transportation. REQUIREMENTS • Requires 5 years of Residential HVAC construction experience. • Insurance repair is a plus. • Knowledge of various types of equipment and the ability to work with little or no supervision is a plus. • Must possess strong communication and computer skills. * Will frequently move minimum of 50 pounds safely. • Must be able to travel 30% of the time. • Regularly ascend/descend ladders and scaffolding as well as position self to perform tasks overhead and underneath. • Must maintain company vehicle (if assigned) by keeping it clean and in good working order. Maintain a good driving record consisting of no more than one (1) moving violation. • Must pass pre-employment and annual background check, physical test, drug test, and E-Verify.
