Job Title: Quality Control Clerk Job Location: Eatonton, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality Control Responsible for ensuring the quality of the product you must be observant and detail oriented, with a logical approach; Problem solving for root cause of defects is also vital to this role. REQUIRED SKILLS: · Able to operate necessary equipment including but not limited to: air powered staple guns, hot melt glue gun machines, routers, screw guns, etc. · Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with other employees in the manufacturing plant. · Working knowledge of product flow. · Self motivated and Quality driven. · Ability to maintain a good attendance record. · Ability to operate in a safe manner and follow all safety rules. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. · Able to follow instructions and guidelines as they pertain to work duties. · Other duties as assigned. BENEFICIAL SKILLS: · Knowledge and/or experience with millwork fabrication and techniques. · Able to read a tape measure in both English & Metric. · Good organizational skills. · Show an ability to overcome obstacles and adapt to modifications. · Knowledge of kitchen cabinets. SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Communication, leadership and the willingness to work towards product improvement levels is a significant attribute in working within this "team based" environment. QUALIFICATIONS: · High School Diploma or equivalent required. · Previous manufacturing and/or lumber experience.
