Description:
Position Summary: The Test Coordinator is the lead person responsible for daily activities in the test shop necessary to meet project goals set by Engineers. This position is responsible for coordinating tests and maintaining a safe and organized test lab for employees and/or temporary personnel conducting tests. The Test Coordinator will assist Engineers in testing activities and improvement of current and future production models within the tractor development department. This position is also responsible for maintenance and upkeep of test tractors, tools, and test equipment. Duties and Responsibilities:* Maintain all test tractors, test equipment and shop facility. * Maintain daily logs of maintenance and durability test hours.* Fill-out and turn in time cards for temp staff.* Responsible for making sure all parts are installed and torqued correctly with indicating paint mark.* Coordinate on and off site testing and development schedule.* Operate tractors for testing and durability.* Accurately record and report test data to Test Engineers.* Deliver and pick up tractors from off-site testing.* Develop and maintain relationships with outside tractor users.* Coordinate employees and temporary staff for testing functions.* Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Functional with Microsoft Office programs.* Solid understanding of computers and test equipment.* Some mechanical ability required.* Requires candidate to manage stress and interact with others.Job Requirements: * Minimum 2 years experience with Loaders, Tractors and Cultivators* High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.* Driver's license and good driving record in traveling to test equipment off site* Requires working inside or outside in all types of weather conditions.* Good oral and written communication skills.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:* The candidate may be asked to work odd hours (not 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) and potentially some weekend activities.* Requires candidate to navigate all areas of the building and facility as needed. * Required to sit, stand, walk, reach and operate equipment.* May occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds or more * Appropriately interact with others in stressful and busy situations.* This position is full time and located in Acworth, GA.

Requirements:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 24 Months
