Description:
The Product Manager is directly responsible for supervising all aspects of Government and Defense related business activities including marketing, sales, configuration control, production, product improvement, and strategic planning. All Product Manager work activities require close coordination across all company and global Group functional areas including Business Development, Program Management, Finance, Contracts/Export, and Sustainment as well as JCB's senior leadership team. Product Strategy. Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:* Execute recurring market research on competitive solutions.* Analyze markets and identifying target market segments.* Develop and execute marketing campaigns.* Work with Contracts Manager to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS and applicable laws. Including ITAR and export Identify and inform customer requirements for product growth.* Establish partnerships with emerging technology providers in areas of survivability and robotics.* Manage product development/improvement projects.* Planning/scheduling, Reporting, and Budgeting.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies:* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and SAP.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Effective time management and organizational skills.* Detail oriented.* Ability to multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgency.* Work with minimal supervision.* Effective problem-solving skills.Job Conditions:  Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment.
