Job Title: Entry Level Automation Technician Job Location: Buford, Georgia Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 Salary Frequency: Hourly Description: To train in all aspects of the Automation Maintenance field, while assisting in the day-to-day work of the maintenance automation lines. Support of Automation, Set up Technicians & Engineering. Job Content: * Ability to be able to work all shifts based on business needs * Ability to work on off days for training and specific projects if needed. * Support Automation Technicians/ Set Up Technicians * Assist training Set Up Technicians * Assist in PM planning for automation * Support optimizing process flow and efficiency * Organizing of EOA tooling and fixtures * PM of all automated processes * Assist in engineering projects * Perform back-ups of robots and press programs * Problem-solving and decision-making experience is a must Preferred Qualifications * Specific Experience with one of the following: (Kuka, Cognex cameras, Keyence cameras, Linear Transfers, Window systems) * Specific Experience with the following: (24V sensors, vacuum switches, and pneumatic grippers. * SAP ERP System experience a plus. ***This position will be on call nights and weekends requiring you to work at times the second and third shifts.*** Requirements: Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience: 24 Months Special Requirements: This job does not have any special requirements.
