Job Title: Production Worker Job Location: Griffin, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Performs various manual labor tasks with ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Operate machinery or assist the operation of machinery used in the production process. Observe equipment operations for proper functioning. Examine process and product to verify conformance to quality standards. Follow company and regulatory food safety initiatives at all time. Learn and apply aspects of FDA, HACCP, SQF and other food safety guidelines. Maneuver raw materials and finished goods by hand and by use of hoists. Perform quality checks both visually and by the use of meters and chemical tests. Perform various sanitation activities such as sweeping, mopping and washing with water. Record various information such as product testing results, meter readings and production statistics. At least two (2) years' experience as a worker in a production/manufacturing environment is required.
