Description:
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Management & Warranty Support (40%)* Coordinate and review customers visiting schedule and involve other departments in the preparation process for pilot units* Participate in shop order review with customers and factory.* Coordinate and participate in Warranty matters by organizing monthly improvement meeting * Analyze reports in regards to warranty's defected items* Recognize warranty issues and communicate with all other departments to resolve/prevent issues* Participate in business trips when necessaryPerform all other QC management functions as assigned by the company (30%)* Need to participate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives* Establish individual goals and for team in alignment with overall organization goals* Engage the team during the new Quality Control system launching process.Performs other duties as assigned (30%)* Available to work overtime and weekends as required* Qualified candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills* Candidate must possess a strong organization and a problem solver#CBRH

Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience: 36 Months
