Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Job Location: Mcdonough, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: * Evaluates & Develops manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of best practice product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, material and soliciting observations and input on improvement opportunities from Operators and equipment vendors. * Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. * Creates analytics for production, labor, and material cost optimization. * Reviews production schedules and process flow to assure service levels are supported for current and future requirements. * Assures product and process quality by designing quality production processes that harmonize with testing and inspection methods to assure established standards and design conformation requirements are met. * Prepares production and process control reports to define performance trends and assignable causes of process abnormalities. * Prepares quality reports and determines quality improvement parameters by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and making recommendations for process and quality improvement. Create systems and plan production to ensure all products meet quality control standards. * Other duties may be assigned. * Respect for the diverse experience base of our operators and an ability to coach and assist in their development. Supervisory Responsibilities Can directly supervise employees in collaboration with Operations Leadership in accordance with Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct and applicable laws.
