Essential Functions:* Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of principals, practices, and procedures within the engineering discipline.* Tests and modifies manufacturing processes through trial runs of production process, reviewing and correcting problems beyond standards.* Plans, schedules, and coordinates detailed phases of the engineering work as a part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope.* Assists sales in quotation review, cost, technical discussions with customers, and occasional sales call to customers when required.* Confers with management, production, and marketing staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.* Analyzes technology trends, human resource, and capital equipment requirements, and market demand for injection molding products.* Direct testing of products and systems for quality and reliability of products.* Provides input to vendor selection for processes within area of responsibility.* Supervise other employees.* Represents the organization in conferences to resolve important questions and recommends company direction.* Willingly accepts responsibility of sharing skills and knowledge; trains other employees.* Understands and meets or exceeds quality standards; seeks to minimize error rate.* Interprets company policy to employees and enforces company policy and practices.* Participates in continuous improvement efforts. Supports and helps to implement new ideas.* Will need to possess an active passport because there will be a high chance of going on business trips.* Must participate in relevant continuing education as defined by management.* Aptitude to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exist.* Skills to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.* Great customer service skills and basic interest in motor vehicles.* Excellent written, and oral communication.* High attention to detail.This position may possibly require travel on business trips at times. Preferred* Education at a graduate level degree.* 2-3 years experience in a development role preferred.#CBRH

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
