Major Responsibilities: Responsible for managing P/O (Purchase Orders) and delivery. Maintain records of goods ordered and received. Prepare and process requisitions and POs for supplies and equipment. Assist purchasing manager in managing the purchasing department's budget. Perform all other duties as assigned or required. Accountable for the quality of work. Accurately and timely recording of information on specified documents. Proper use and care of equipment and materials staged in workplace. Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time with or without notice. Contact suppliers when necessary for expedites, or schedule decreases and or under over shipments. Maintain appropriate levels of safety stock for critical parts and inventory.Background, Experience& Qualifications: Strong problem-solving, strategic-thinking, and critical-analysis ability in resolving purchasing, inventory, and accounting issues. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be able to prioritize projects and recognize deficiencies in paperwork. Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Extremely organized and detailed oriented with excellent follow-up. Proficient in PC applications to include: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AccessPreferred: Bachelor's degree. Familiarity with all aspects of production manufacturing process. ERP system experience. MRP and Supply Chain knowledge. Able to speak Korean highly preferred. Experience with purchasing/logistics.#CBRH

Minimum Education: Associates degree/some college
