Job Title: Technical Sales & Support Specialist Job Location: Valdosta, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: - A T4S is the primary line of support and communication with customers regarding their products, orders, shipments and any technical or customer service issues - A T4S is the customer’s advocate and voice within the Company to assure a proper level of quality and service is provided - Record, maintain and update each individual Product Description File (“ProDef”) (drawings, specifications, packaging formats, decoration, palletization, etc.) to ensure that each ProDef matches at all times with the customer’s own specifications and requirements - Support customers with any product claims or service issues - Anticipate potential problems or issues with customers or their products and work with other departments to prevent them from happening - Resolve any product related issues (glass defects, packaging defects, etc.) - Identify new business and product opportunities for the company - Enhance customers’ experience in dealing with the company The ideal candidates for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of glass containers and glass filling lines, knowledge of the spirits and beverages market, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills to create a strong customer-service oriented culture. Each T4S will follow the company’s best practices and processes to provide the best customer service experience in the industry. The ideal candidate is a person that can thrive in the highly demanding and dynamic environment of a new greenfield glass container manufacturer serving the needs of many different customers with customized glass bottles and jars. Candidate will need to handle the high pressure and fast pace required for the creation of a disruptive new entrant in the glass manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate must be driven by the challenge and the thrill of creating a new company and help it grow by working internally and with customers to take-on and overcome all challenges with conviction and creativity.
