Job Title: Side Frame Operator Job Location: Carrollton, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Job Summary: Sets up and operates computer numeric control (CNC) machine to produce side frames for dowel bar baskets. Duties/Responsibilities: • Read prints and work orders or other instructions to determine product specifications. • Set up and stage materials, tools and equipment required for daily production. • Enter dimensions and quantities into control panel. • Set up, position and adjust spot weld guns to appropriate settings. • Record production data. • Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards have been met. • Ensure efficiency in operations to meet or exceed production schedule. • Keep work area neat and organized. • Completes preventative maintenance as per schedule. • Understands and demonstrates industrial safety. • Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: • Manual Dexterity – holding or moving items with your hands. • Arm / Hand Steadiness- keeping your arm or hand steady. • Near Vision – seeing details up close. • Visualization – imagining how something will look after it is moved around or changed. • Multilimbed Coordination – Using your arms / legs together while sitting /standing /lying down. • Problem Sensitivity – Noticing when problems happen.
