Job Title: Injection Mold Supervisor Job Location: Carrollton, Georgia Salary: $55000.00 - $58000.00 Salary Frequency: Yearly Description: Manage production, efficiencies and employees to maintain quality standards. Duties/Responsibilities: • Reads and understands work order instructions. • Set up molds and changeovers. • Troubleshoot / repair minor injection molding machines. • Responsible for meeting production goals (schedule, quality, waste reduction). • Prepares daily paperwork for production, scrap and downtime. • Communicates with key staff any non-conformances, machine malfunctions, or changes to schedule. • Develops, implements and trains others on processing procedures. • Follows and enforces all company rules, OSHA regulations and employment laws. • Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: • Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. (molds and materials) • Comprehension of written and verbal instructions set in English language. (work orders, operational procedures, safety procedures, company policy). • Strong aptitude in mechanical and equipment troubleshooting. • Possess high quality standards and work ethic to work independently. • Must be able to be work shift as scheduled and overtime as needed. Education and Experience: • 2 years of Production Lead or Supervisor in Manufacturing. • Plastic injection mold set up and processing. • High School Diploma or GED is preferred #CBRC Requirements: Minimum Experience: 24 Months Special Requirements: This job does not have any special requirements.
