Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Supervisor Job Location: Dalton, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Duties and Requirements of the Job: This position will maintain the production flow for day-to-day operations by designing and maintaining a Preventative Maintenance program. Perform facility upkeep and manage day-to-day operation malfunctions. Job Process: * Develop and maintain work order tracking system. * Develop and manage plant wide PM program. * Prepare and manage budget. * Meet with Production on a daily basis to assess problem areas. * Track downtime and develop corrective action plans to address issues. * Complete maintenance tasks without production interruption. * Develop new and more efficient methods. * Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. * Troubleshoot and solve problems in electrical, PLC controls, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems. * Maintain production machinery, electrical & mechanical systems and equipment. Training, Knowledge and Experience (May Be Required or Preferred, at the discretion of the hiring team): * 5-10 years of Manufacturing Plant Maintenance management experience working with 110- through 480-volt electrical circuits, maintaining process control systems, and troubleshooting and correcting PLC and drive controlled machine malfunctions. * Minimum Associates or Vocational Diploma in Industrial Technology or similar field. * Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules and budgets. * Attention to detail. * Manage Maintenance employees; will work and manage outside contractors. * Will work with all Production and be part of the operation’s team. * PM program development experience. * Requires Associates Degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Requires candidate to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Must be legally authorized to work in US without a sponsorship now or in the future. * Relocation package will not be offered for this position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: * Remain in a stationary position, move about, activate, use and/or operate productivity machinery and to communicate and exchange information. * The employee is regularly required to either remain in a stationary position, move about, position self to move under and/or bend, and frequently move and/or transport objects up to 75 pounds. * Requires candidate to detect, inspect, perceive and observe.. * Works within the setting of a manufacturing environment as well as office and laboratory setting and may be exposed to heat, cold and fumes/chemicals. * Eye protection required. * Hearing protection required. * Steel toed shoes required on manufacturing and warehouse floor. * May be required to travel to other sites or customer sites as needed.
