Job Title: Treasury Analyst Job Location: Commerce, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Job Description Summary: This role is responsible for performing various cash, disbursement, and cash accounting activities within the Corporate Treasury function. Reponsibilities: * Liaise for all bank activities. * Perform bank reconciliations - reconciliation of the bank statement against the general ledger and reconciliation of any assigned clearing accounts. * Respond to audit inquiries in a timely manager. * Administer banking portal access, checking scanning equipment and credit card users. * Use various cash management programs. * Serve as System Administrator for Treasury related systems. * Open/close bank accounts, update existing signatories as needed. * Identify cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities related to Treasury, including evaluating bank services and fees. * Administer the disbursement files, including issuance of payments; ensure that data received from various sources are recorded correctly. * Provide analytical support and expertise for the development of liquidity strategies and banking structures * Investigate banking transaction issues when needed. * Assist in continuous improvement and automation of Treasury processes. * Prepare daily payment reconciliation reports. * Prepare ad-hoc reports to the internal management and global treasury team when needed.
