Description:
Job Purpose: Recruitment specialist is responsible for coordinating the hiring process end-to-end including sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Candidates Sourcing: * Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. * Create and publish job ads in various portals. * Network with potential hire through professional groups on social media and during events. * Host and participate in job fairs. * Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. * Work with hiring agencies and monitor their performance. Hiring Process Operation: * Screen resumes and job applications. * Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates. * Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive). * Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. *Other tasks as assigned. Requirements: * A Bachelor's Degree is required. * A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required. * Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required. Demands & Environments: * In the office: Must wear the company-provided uniform. * In the production site: Must wear the company-provided uniform and PPE including safety shoes, clean suit, dust mask, latex gloves, safety glasses/safety goggles. Work Environment: * Usual office environment. Professional/Behavioral Competencies: Qualified candidate must: * Conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based etc.) under supervision. * Use ATS or other hiring process management system. * Understand employment laws. * Be skilled in social media channels like LinkedIn. * Solve moderately difficult problems related to recruitment. * Be self-motivated/initiative. * Be a strong communicator and have strong interpersonal skills. * Have good negotiation, decision making, project management, and multi-tasking skills, * Tolerate change and ambiguity. * Collaborate with other teammates and departments to accomplish common goals and objectives. ***When submitting a resume for this position, I understand that this information may be used to create a registration with the Georgia Department of Labor on Employ Georgia.*** #CBJL
