The position will report to IT manager. Responsible for technical support of all computers, printers, and software applications at facilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Technical support for end users. Responsible for hardware/software installation and upgrades. Assists in implementation of information systems (i.e. Bar Code, Time Clock, E-mail, phones). Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs all computer related hardware issues. Documents and reports system issues to manager.Special Skills Must Demonstrate: Recognized leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills The ability to effectively work with coworkers, vendors, contractors, and customers.EducationAssociates degree in computer science, information technology, or related field requiredBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferredExperienceTwo or more years work experience in information technology required.Skills, Competencies, & Other Qualifications1. Competent in critical thinking and root cause analysis2. Excellent communication, written and oral, and customer service relationship skills. Ability to tailor message to the audience, exercise persuasion, and exhibit diplomacy3. Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere4. Ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize multiple tasks5. Working knowledge of Windows Operation System, MS office, O365.6. Knowledge of WAN, LAN, and wireless networks7. Able to work after hours and on weekends as needed or required.8. Ability to follow maintenance and performance guidelines as provided by manager.9. Knowledge of manufacturing industry.10. Able to run cat 5 cables.#CBRC

Minimum Education: Associates degree/some college
Minimum Experience: 24 Months
