Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Responsible for all Business-planning and HR & Administration activities of Purchasing Division in Hyundai Motor Group MetaPlant America, LLC.* Make new operation standards for part purchasing and part development work with sojourning employee.* Operate procedures of Human Resources/Labor/Education/General Affairs/IT system in purchasing division.* Make an annual business plan in purchasing division and check the progress and achievement status.* Support Part development team and General purchasing team. * Meet all other assignments as required.Major Responsibilities:*Make and improve new operation standards for part purchasing work such as Supplier selection process, 1st and 2nd suppliers Pool Registration/Management, etc. and part development work such as Part development, Part quality assurance, Supplier audit, etc.* Improve and Reinforce processes of part purchasing and development.* Create and operate procedures of Human Resources/Labor/Education/General Affairs/IT system in purchasing division.* HR/labor work such as recruitment, manpower management, organization, R&R, etc. * Training for new/experienced employees, office environment, OA devices, etc. * Arrange/Manage/Improve IT system requirements in purchasing division.* Other tasks related to organizational operation.* Support for Part development/General purchasing team such as discovering new local suppliers, visiting supplier plants, etc. * Manage overall information and issues of suppliers of company.* Prepare management report and meeting, support purchasing internal/external seminars.Education:* Bachelor's Degree required in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, Administration, or other related area.Training / Certification:* Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation preferred.Related Experience:* Experience in parts development and procurement preferred.Skills and Knowledge:* MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.* Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills desired.* A desire to continually improve processes and research and implement best practices.* Respond to inquiries or suggestions from team members, the leadership team, and outside vendors.* Work with different cultures to effectively deliver results.* Meet the needs of the business and to advance culture.* Strong business acumen, decision making, and organizational skills.* Build relationships with those whom you have no authority, and get results.* Work globally, independently, and self-directed.Travel/Additional Information: * Position may require occasional travel (Domestic/International travel).* Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.* Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift.Compensation & Benefits: * Employer offers opportunities for growth, work flexibility, and competitive pay and benefits.* Employer requires a pre-employment drug screen. Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience: 120 Months

Applicant Must have a Bachelors Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, Administration, or other related areas.
Applicant Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
