Description:
The Quality Project Engineer incorporates quality awareness in all areas of the company and ensures that a high quality standard is seen as a key role by all company employees. They ensure that all current norms and internal requirements are implemented and all projects are processed according to these standards. Within the defined project teams, he takes care of several projects and is the main contact person for all questions regarding quality for external as well as internal contact partners. The Quality Project Engineer represents the company in a positive way and ensures internal communication results in a positive work environment between the individual departments. The Quality Project Engineer will report to the Head of Administration. Supports customers and suppliers regarding quality-related questions. Performs the quality-related order verifications. Performs the quality-related drawing checks. Performs quality-related feasibility studies. Creation of initial sample test reports and monitoring of the release. Creation of project specific tolerance sample boundaries and catalog. Assessment of measurement reports and follow-up actions. Creation and up-keep of production and test documents. Evaluation of process control charts (SPC) as well as follow-up actions. Performance and evaluation of machine capability assessments. Active risk management (FMEA) development and line stage. Plans and performs project specific internal training. Performs manufacturing rounds on a regular basis. Processing of internal and external (customer) complaints and defines corrective measures including raising the awareness of associates. Creates monthly reports and analysis of quality-related costs. Performs internal product, process and system audits. Takes on responsibility for follow-up inspections and selection activities for the supported project groups including corrective actions. Participates in multidisciplinary teams (e.g. process management, workplace safety etc.) Arranges the cooperation with other departments of the company in a way, that always guarantees a smooth information flow and in general good teamwork. Contributes to continuous improvement of overall operations. Implementation of the current quality regulations at Nifco KTW. Supports the implementation of the defined 5s standards. Monitors the compliance with predetermined quality standards and quality features during the running production process according to the QM-system. Supports the preparation of long and medium-term concepts for the areas of quality management, energy management and environmental management. Informs the superior about the status of individual projects as well as critical deviations from specifications. Candidates must be productive in a team environment, have the ability to work on multiple projects and be available for occasional travel including international travel. Experience in quality management in the Automotive Industry is a plus. Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.

Requirements:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 60 Months
