Job Title: Treasury Manager Job Location: Savannah, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Management of the corporate hedging program including exposure identification, trade execution and post-trade monitoring and reporting. * Maintenance of the company’s investment, banking, borrowing, and hedging policies, including proposing and facilitating approval of updates as needed for changes in business or market conditions. * Investment of the company’s excess cash including identification of suitable investment alternatives in accordance with the company’s investment policy. * Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements and efficient investment of excess funds both domestically and internationally. * Oversight and coordination with Accounting for monthly/quarterly and annual accounting and reporting processes related to Treasury activities such as derivative instruments, lines of credit and company investments in marketable securities. * Oversee global consolidated cash flow forecasting and preparation of financial analysis and recommendations to support business needs including advising management on the liquidity aspects of its short and long-range planning. * Maintenance of global banking relationships and administration. * Preparation of periodic reporting and communications to senior management and the Board of Directors regarding Treasury activities and trends. * Serve as the subject matter expert on investments, derivative products, foreign currency and capital markets. * Ensure proper policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place and followed as required, including Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank compliance. Advance processes and procedures to continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Treasury Function. * Monitor debt covenants relating to the company’s credit facilities. * Company offers relocation pay for this position. Qualifications: * 10 years of experience in Treasury. * Must simplify and explain complex treasury topics in an understandable way. * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration required. * Treasury experience in a multi-national and multi-currency environment. * Proven experience providing global leadership and oversight across cross-functional teams related to a corporate treasury function. * Focused on the enterprise first, treating every dollar leaving the company as if it were their own. * Experience with treasury related systems such as Bloomberg, FX-All, Kyriba, etc.. * Expertise managing cash resources and cash flows. * Applied knowledge of SEC reporting and SOX compliance. Preferred: * Job related experience in automotive industry preferred.
