Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* U.S. labor-related law experts: analysis of U.S. labor-related laws and precedents.* Labor market analysis in the US, Georgia, etc.* Investigation/analysis of U.S. politics, economic environment, system, investigation of various U.S. laws and election results, and analysis of impact.* Benchmarking and investigation of other finished vehicles (HR system, ER issues).* Perform other occasional tasks/duties related to the job.Qualifications & Preferences:Minimum:* Bachelor's degree.* Work experience in companies related to the automotive industry.* Minimum 5 years of relevant years of experience in Employee Relations, Law, or HR.* Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications.* Deep understanding of the external automobile market and current trends.* Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals.* Must have PHR, SHRM.Preferred:* Law firm, Consulting company work experience.* Bachelor's degree major in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations preferred.Competency Based: * Information gathering and processing capabilities.* Ability to set up a collection plan and procedure for necessary data and information, collect data and information using various methods and tools, and process it according to the intention.* Presentation skills.* Presentation skills, lecture skills, speech techniques, use of PowerPoint.* Media Utilization Capabilities.* Media utilization skills, editor skills, meticulousness.* Ability to use various media to provide necessary information in the most suitable form, or to process information materials according to the characteristics of the media to be used.* Curriculum development competency.* Ability to plan and establish learning goals, learning content, learning methods and types, and learning evaluation.Travel/Additional Information: * Position may require occasional travel (Domestic/International travel).* Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.* Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift.Compensation & Benefits: * Employer offers opportunities for growth, work flexibility, and competitive pay and benefits. * Employer offers competitive medical, vision, and dental insurance. * 401K will be applied to employees beginning in mid to late 2023. * Employer offers relocation pay for this position.* Employer requires a pre-employment drug screen.
