Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Construction: * Inspection and management of factory construction progress, status. * Responding to building and facility problems about installation and establishing improvement measures. * Responding to overall factory construction issues (issues in states regulation, safety, environment during construction). * Inspection of quality for factory construction and establish measure for problems. Facility: * Management for installing new facility about new technology and trial run. * Management for replacing existing old facility and trial run. * Inspection of problems in facilities and establish countermeasures. * Management for facilities renovation to prepare for input of new model cars. * Establishing activities to enhance performance and efficiency of facilities. * Make plans for investment in replacing old facilities and applying new technology. Production: * Analyze production and quality data, establish measures to improve the productivity and paint quality. * Analyze production rate of operation and establish measures for operation improvement. * Identify factors related to quality of non-operation and establish and manage countermeasures. * Establish methods to reduce running cost and perform cost reduction activities. Management: * Establish training curriculum about new facilities or manufacture method for new production members (operators, manufacturing worker etc.). * Making standard work process for each process. * Establishment of work efficiency improvement plan. * Capable of communicating with other team members. Qualifications & Preferences: Minimum: * Minimum 5 years of relevant work of experience. * Bachelor's degree required (Mechanical/Electronic Engineering, Production Management, etc.) Preferred: * 10+ years experiences or more of supervision and management related to finished car paint. * Experience with projects regarding on car paint facilities (paint robot, conveyor system, pretreatment-electrodeposition facility etc.) * Preferred skills include task execution, drive, agility and crisis response capability. Competency Based: * Working with a team. * Planning and organizing. * Problem solving. * Communication. * Concern for quality (minimize job performance errors, quick revision/correction). * Monitoring and Feedback (provide immediate feedback with alternative options as necessary). * Flexibility. Travel Requirement: * Domestic/International travel required.
