Job Title: Production Stamping Manager Job Location: Savannah, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Construction:* Inspection and management of building progress.* Issues identified, reported, and discussed.* New vehicle development inspection and management.Facility:* Inspection and management of main and auxiliary facilities.* Check and manage mold processing facility implementation status.* Check, manage, and report supplementary investment progress.Production:* Performance management and inspection against daily, monthly, and annual production plans. * Check post-process issues and discuss with related departments. * Inspection of non-operating factors and discussion of countermeasures. * Press die repair plan, guidance, and management. * Press die cleaning and panel audit planning and management. * Consultation on handover of new mold. Management:* Establishment of recruitment plans and implementation of recruitment. * Inspection and training of compliance with safety rules and regulations. * VIP response and plant cleanliness inspection and management. Qualifications & Preferences* Every Position will be contributed by Carrier or Experiences. Minimum:* Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Production Management, Management, etc.).* Minimum of 5 years of work related experience. Preferred:* 8 years or more of supervision and management related to finished car press.* Master's degree preferred. * Skills: Task execution, drive, agility, crisis response capability.
