Job Title: Learning and Development Associate Job Location: Savannah, Georgia Salary: Salary to be discussed Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Collaborate with local area education institutional partners. * Prepare education courses such as (schedule, trainer, invitation, etc.), the training place and training equipment to monitor the education activity.* Maintaining education activities such as training reports, budget usage implementation and training audits to monitor education activities run well. * Implementing safety and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in their working area to avoid safety and the environmental incident that occurred.* English education course operation and support.* Perform other occasional tasks/duties related to the job.Qualifications & Preferences:Minimum:* Bachelor's degree.* At least 1 year job-related experience.* Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications* Basic understanding of the external automobile market and current trends* Knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals.* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by employer for this position now or in the future.Preferred:* Bachelor's Degree in related field.* Strong visual presentation skills.Competency Based: * Information gathering and processing capabilities - Set up a collection plan and procedure for necessary data and information, collect data and information using various methods and tools, and process it according to the intention.* Presentation skills - Presentation skills, lecture skills, speech techniques, use of PowerPoint.* Media Utilization Capabilities - Media utilization skills, editor skills, meticulousness.
