Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize quality costs.* Monitor and analyze customer complaints and develop action plans to address identified issues.* Work closely with the service team to ensure quality assurance is incorporated into all aspects of service delivery.* Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.* Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality assurance processes and procedures.* Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to develop and implement cross-functional quality improvement initiatives.* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve quality assurance processes and procedures.* Lead supplier factory inspections and part analysis to identify quality issues and drive improvements.* Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified quality issues.* Visit dealerships to investigate and identify specific instance of customer complaints and work to identify root causes.* Develop and maintain quality metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement.* Checks the field's TSB and creates its own TSB once the field campaign is determined.Qualifications & PreferencesRequired:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.* Knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and regulations.* Proficient in MS office and other relevant software.
