Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Position Summary:* Coordinates, monitors and performs technical processes related to Tech Support shop in maintenance department to meet company goals.General Managements:* Report on status of assigned tasks at beginning, during and conclusion.* Implement an efficient reporting system* Maintain operation system (SAP PM module, patrol system, monitoring system) and support system development team for system set-up and training for all sections. * Maintain and summary maintenance indicis plan/results and report it to AM/MGR periodically (budget, downtime, manpower, preventive maintenance, spare parts).* SAP & PM system should be maintained daily basis based on each shop's PM activities. * Support AM/MGR to encourage good teamwork. (Meeting, Events, Collaboration).Budget & Spare parts Management:* Analysis maintenance department budget (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).* Manage and monitor the purchasing, distribution and inventory control of maintenance material. (include Tools, Subsidiary materials etc.).* Purchase department common items (Office supplies, furniture, tools, fabricating materials, Lubricants and so on).* Develop parts management plan and execute parts audit for each shop inventory (Quarterly). Others:* Understanding of safety and environmental restrictions on maintenance. * Prepare AMC contractor & manage activity plan/results for external contractors. * In charge of managing and training for SAP, PM Module, PDA system of maintenance department.Qualifications & Preferences:Minimum:* Experience interpreting and understanding drawings and specifications of electrical, mechanical systems.* Experience operating a computer and processing paperwork.* Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering.Preferred:* ERP(SAP) experiences.
