Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Implement quality management system in accordance with ISO9001 standards.* Provide guidance to employees on ISO9001 standards and requirements.* Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards and identify areas for improvement.* Manage and maintain ISO9001 certification, including coordinating external audits and ensuring ongoing compliance with standards.* Monitor that all documentation related to ISO9001 compliance is up to date and accurate.* Work with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.* Stay current on changes to ISO9001 standards and update the organization's quality management system accordingly.* Collaborate with management to set quality goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.* Arrangement in the variation of New Vehicles in electronic inspection facility (after sign-off).* Develop and execute test plans to ensure that vehicles meet durability and reliability.* Analyze test data to identify potential issues and develop solutions to improve vehicle performance and durability.* Monitor and analyze external index such as IQS and CR, etc. to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.* Stay current on industry trends and new technologies related to durability and evaluation testing for EV.* Collaborate with suppliers and other external partners to ensure that all testing and evaluation requirements are met.* Continuously improve the testing and evaluation process to ensure that it is efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.Qualifications & PreferencesRequired:* Bachelor's degree.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry with ISO9001 certification and vehicle testing and durability validation.* Knowledge of automotive systems, including EV, chassis, and electronic systems.* Proficient with the CAN(Controller Area Network) communication system.* Communicate and establish fluent technical English conversations.* Excellent communication skills.* Great problem definition and problem solution tool application.Preferred:* Experience with projects that encourage participation in related departments.Travel Requirement:* Domestic / International travel required.Working Hours (Shift) Requirement:* Shift assignment for this position may change to meet the business needs.
