Description:
Essential Functions: Analyze BOM, product standard costs, work order variances. Calculate Machine rates and production costs. Assist in budget planning, and execute special projects. Monitor inventories and slow moving inventory. Learn SAP Financial and Controlling module as a back up to Financial Controller. Primary Responsibilities: * Reviewing work order variances to determine reasons for variance. * Derive overhead and labor rate standards from actual, past performance and future projections that can be used in the quotation process. * Adherence to Control of TS/ISO records, procedures and policies. * Responsible for monthly management review presentations as it pertains to Finance. Presented areas will include, but are not limited to, Income Statement and Variance to Budget. * Participation in compensation development including salaries and benefits. * Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with the company policy, as well as applicable legislative requirements. * Review BOM and routings. * General Ledger Analysis and tracking of capital assets. Control of procedures for: quotation, purchasing and program price control. * Prepare cost and various variance analysis reports. * Assist in maintaining SAP Accounting System (Financial), i.e, interaction with Materials, updating system with current information, costs, etc. * Monitoring of physical inventories to ensure accuracy and timely disposition of materials. * Responsible for updating standard costs. * Must be able to interact with all departments. * Expected to contribute to a positive and productive work environment. * Expected to show a positive and willing attitude to other employees, customers and vendors. * Expected to be a cooperative and productive member of our team by allowing others to express their views without criticism, cooperating with others and completing your assignments on time. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Other duties may be assigned as the growth of the company and change in business warrant. SAP experience preferred.

Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience: 36 Months
