SUMMARY The IT Engineer – Equipment Interface is responsible for LMS (Line Management System) and middleware maintenance, and performing system process innovation based on system user’s requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, providing system setup, installation, and upgrade of LMS and software. The person must attend all troubleshooting of middleware’s problems in a timely and efficient manner. ty. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and develop, and maintenance for LMS. * Perform communication test between MES and equipment. * Monitor communication between MES and equipment, and troubleshooting. * Manage and distribute TIS (Tool Interface Specification) for MES-Equipment interface. * Monitor and execute solutions for the issues on LMS and middleware. * Troubleshooting on LMS and middleware issues. * Prepare and maintain the documentation on LMS and middleware changes and issues. * Provide help desk support to all MES users related to MES connectivity issues; diagnose, test, resolve, and escalate. * Supervise network constructions from the perspective of equipment communications. * Manage IT hardware devices such as computers, monitors, scanners, printers and etc. * Manage OA devices such as smartphones, telephones, conference call devices, composite instruments, projectors, and etc. * Provide IT resource support and trainings for the employees. * Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company. * Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management. * Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION * Five years of semiconductor, solar, LCD or related field experience. * Experience with Oracle and MYSQL DB. * Experience with Tibco Rendezvous. * Experience with development in various languages. * Experience with turning database. * Experience with DBMS and/or Middleware management and development. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OSs (from Windows 7 to the latest edition). * Bilingual in English and Korean. * Certifications related to databases and programming languages. * Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills #CBRH Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
