Description:

SUMMARY The Quality Technician is responsible for incoming inspections, product line patrol, outgoing quality control, and customer service, all in accordance with the high industry standards and within manufacturing timescales. RESPONSIBILITIES * Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity. * Patrol line regularly and find the improvement and noncompliant. * Inspect final goods to ensure consistency and integrity. * Maintain, test, and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices. * Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards. * Report all issues and concerns to senior manager in a timely manner w/o an omission. * Regularly check for customer complaints on websites and analyze their root cause. * Accurately record data and production information. * Provide training and support to Quality Management Team. * Adhere to the Health & Safety procedures. * Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company. * Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management. * Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and written. * Flexibility to adapt to different tasks. * Eye for detail and quality. * Must be able to communicate effectively within the team. * Able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment in areas that are not climate controlled. * Assertive, able to cope with pressure, self-motivated and driven team player. * Proactive approach toward various issues. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in assembly and/or manufacturing environment as a quality operator. * High level of work ethic toward improving organizational culture.
