Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * The General Affairs Admin Specialist is responsible to support all activities related to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. * This position will also support the other divisions of Human Resources and Admin as needed and as assigned. *Always maintains a pro-team member environment and learns, demonstrates, and upholds the Core Values. * Performs special assignments as required by management. * Consistently meets company safety goals. * Reports to GA Manager/Assistant Manager. * Initiative: Identifies problems and takes action in light of this identification to address current or future problems. * Motivates team members through clear and consistent communication. * Develops trust in all relationships internally and externally. Office Environment: * Establishment of office environment (furniture, Office supplies, etc.). * Support janitorial vendor. * Procurement of all office supplies. * Assists with coordination of company events & activities. * Expatriates Support. * Support temporary apartment lease contract and management. * Housing lease support for expatriates. * Support related to school admission for children of expatriates. * Support administrative procedures such as SSN/driver's license. * Support acquiring Georgia Driver’s License. * Mobile phone plan review and payment management. * Interpreting & translating written material as necessary. * Distributes daily mail and overnight packaging. Qualifications & Preferences: * Employer requires at least 1 year of experience. * High School Diploma required. * Korean and English (bilingual) required. * Valid Drivers License Required. * Displays knowledge & skills necessary to perform assigned duties; understands processes, procedures, standards, methods, and technology related to assignments. * Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word experience is required. * SAP experience is preferred. * Position may require domestic or international travel. * Flexibility in working hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays as required. * Employer requires a pre-employment drug screen.
