Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * In charge of maintenance index. (Downtime, manpower, preventive maintenance, maintenance system, equipment improvements, skill level etc.). * Prepare, execute, evaluate, & improve the annual operation plan. * Oversee activities to encourage good teamwork. (Interview, meeting, events, collaboration with expatriates). * Manage the production and downtime condition of the department. * Flexible work schedule to take care of any urgent situations (Nights, weekends, and holidays). * SAP & PM system should be maintained daily basis based on each shop’s PM activities. * All plant needs to be managed and supervised (Stamping, welding, painting, and general assembly). * Maintaining smooth relationships with external departments through communication and cooperation. * Manage and monitor the purchasing, distribution, and inventory control of maintenance material. (Include tools, subsidiary materials, etc.). * Control the maintenance budget of the year. (Monthly planning and analysis and secure budget). * Supervise and control conflicts in the organization and take care the individual distress from the work. (Organization control, recruitment, disciplinary measure, appraisal, etc.). * Encourage and deliver the company policy. (Training, safety, environment, HR, etc.). * Evaluate and mentor team members to encourage continuous improvement. Qualifications: * 15 years of maintenance experience in the field of automated plants required. * Experience in managing more than 50 team members required. * Experience reading and understanding drawing and specifications of electrical and mechanical systems. * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required. * A valid drivers' license is required. Preferred: * 10 years of maintenance experience in major automotive industry in the United States. * Holders of mechanical or electrical certifications. * AB PLC program and control circuit experience. Qualified candidates must be proficient in the following areas: Working with a team, planning and organizing, problem solving, communication, strategic thinking and mindset, flexibility, and willingness for transformational changes. Travel Requirement and Additional information: * Position may require occasional travel (Domestic/International travel). * Korea: Business for Offline Trier and test of manufacturing equipment's (2weeks). * North America (Alabama, Georgia, Mexico, etc.) Benchmark for how to operate the line, maintenance system, workforce, new technologies(1-2weeks).
